TV channels
from the start of my contract i am having trouble with it, you can see it in the records
seeing program, times, and name of the program, and the menu. in two package
in channel rai due quit often the channel is on and suddenly appear scramble and i do not see nothing, that is in a regular basis.every single night.
I have recorded all this in my cellular phone like a proof of what happens with the tv
I would like to cancel the two package.to be free to chose another company
could you please let me know what to do to cancel the two package is no point to have one with any opportunity to change company.
if I need to pay something for the promotion i have in the kulta package I will do
by phone never have a solutions to my problems.
