*100# 'number' not working?

I am in Helsinki and last few days, i.e. April 5 - 7 (2020) your number *100# no longer works, but continually gives this error message - "Connection problem or invalid MMI code" on both my wife and my DNA prepaids. Are you having a problem with your service or has that number changed?

    we're sorry for getting back to you so late. We've had technical difficulties with this forum for the last few weeks.

    Yes there were actually noticed issues with that code 7.4.2020. If you still would not get it to work, you can also check the prepaid balance by:

    -sending the message SALDO to number 14600
    -calling 0800 412 582 (free of charge from your prepaid subscription)
    -going to the self service point
