I´m new costumer. How can I activate the SIM-Card to top up my account for data package?

    To activate the subscription call to the user service 0800 412 582 and choose a language and it's done.

    After this you can top up the subscription at e.g. from here you can also order a data package, or you can first top up with a certain amount and later visit with your phone and activate a data package from there.

    The data prepaid is activated by using mobile data, no separate activation is needed. Calling is not supported with data prepaid subscriptions.


  • Hi, is there any other way to activate my data package without subscribing to one of the plan. Cause to subscribe, I need to have net connection and it's not available until I subscribe

    Is the subscription new or have you used it before? The prepaid should first be activated by calling the prepaid user service at 0800 412 582.

    If you have received a sim-card for your DNA postpaid subscription via post (letter), you first need to activate the order at You'll need the order number and your internet banking information. If you don't have internet banking, you can activate the sim-card at DNA Kauppa (DNA Store) with a picture ID. If you have made the contract for the postpaid subscription at a DNA Kauppa (DNA Store), it should already be active and does not require additional activation. After activation, the sim-card starts working straight away.

  • I am using my DNA prepaid sim card after two months . Its says its not active and shows no signal. Is there anyway i can solve this issue and use the same number again?

    DNA Prepaid sim-cards are valid for 3-6 months after activation (depending on the type of prepaid subscription you're using) and 6-12 months from the last top-up. You can check the validity of your DNA prepaid subscription by calling 0800 412 582 (+358800412582 when calling from abroad). Calls to this number are free of charge. If you aren't able to call this number, please contact DNA Customer Care via email at and add your prepaid phone number to your message so that we can take a closer look at the validity of your subscription.

  • Hi Vilius,

    a DNA prepaid subscription must be activated in Finland before it can be used in any other country. So the first call, or the first mobile data transfer, should be made in Finland and only after that it can work in other countries as well. So if you didn´t use the cards at all, then you cannot unfortunately activate them in Lithuania.

    it might be possible depending on the subscription type and if the subscription was ever topped up. If topping up via doesn't work, the subscription is probably deactivated.

  • Hi, I have a tablet card for my phone and only internet works and I can not fill my card with money when I tried from r kioski, I send SALDO to 14600 and what I got back was this :
    I can not receive phonecalls or text messages from anybody

    perhaps you have got the DNA Dataprepaid subscription type if only internet works? You could perhaps find more information about your subscription and the state of it in the DNA Prepaid application or at If not , just call DNA Customer Care 044 144 044 so that this can be checked out further.
