All TV stations I paid for are scrambled

No problem with the internet, however, every morning have to auto tune the TV for our channels, and today all day despite doing it, no TV at all, they are all scrambled. Called the hotline, was told to turn off all completely, which I did, however the result is the same. We keep on getting the error code "No access(6) on our TV displayed.

    please contact DNA customer care +358 44 144 044 so that it can be checked if there's some general problem at the moment at your homeaddress, and if not, then you´ll get further advice. Before you call you could try to search for the channels once more.
