  please note, that if you're using a prepaid subscription, it unfortunately isn't possible to call corporate or premium service numbers whilst abroad.

• hi thanks for reply. i do use prepaid. i have been using it for last 12 years. this never happened to me before. i was never informed about this limitation either. what is the point to have a phone number if u cannot call in emergency situations to such institutions as bank?!
