check operator services
I can't send text messages because it says to check operator services. what does that mean. and how do I fix that so I can send messages? it says that I have full bars of service and I'm still not able to send anything.

Have you been able to send messages before? Please check in your phone's message settings that the message centre number is +358447983500 (specifically in that format, with the prefix).
if you have a question about a finnish DNA phone subscription or DNA SIM card, you can contact DNA Customer Care so that your subscription be checked.
If you have got an Indian SIM card, you can contact your own operator for more information.
