  if you have a question about a finnish DNA phone subscription or DNA SIM card, you can contact DNA Customer Care so that your subscription be checked.

  Usually when messaging doesn't work, it's because the number in your phone settings for the messaging center is incorrect. Please check that the number in your messaging center is +358447983500, specifically like that (with the prefix +358). If this doesn't solve the issue, please call DNA Customer Care at +35844 144 044 (Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00, Sat 9:00-16:30) or visit any DNA Kauppa (DNA Store) for help solving this issue.

• I can't send text messages because it says to check operator services. what does that mean. and how do I fix that so I can send messages? it says that I have full bars of service and I'm still not able to send anything nokia keypad
