Convert prepaid sim to postpaid sim
I would like to convert my registered prepaid sim to postpaid. However, when I approach the DNA kiosk, they declined stating that it is not possible. Please advise on conversion of the SIM card.

Changing from a Prepaid subscription to a Postpaid subscription is unfortunately not possible at the moment. You can however transfer your registered DNA Prepaid subscription to another operator which will turn it into a Postpaid one. Then if you want a Postpaid subscription at DNA, you can transfer your number back to DNA as a Postpaid subscription. Hopefully this helped!
