E-SIM availability?

I have a Google Pixel 5 that supports one physical SIM and an e-SIM. How can I get my current DNA SIM card switched out to use an e-SIM?


  • If you want to switch your postpaid subscription to start using an e-SIM instead, please visit a DNA Kauppa store or order it (you'll be sent a card with a QR-code) from our customer service on tel. 044 144 044 or (if you write us an email, please make sure to include your name, address, phone number as well as your customer number, invoice number or your date of birth).

    Please note that currently devices with Qualcomm-chips are having problems using 5G with an e-SIM card if you simultaneously have an active physical 4G SIM-card in the same phone - but hopefully this will be resolved at some point.

    Please also note that e-SIM isn't currently available for prepaid subscriptions.
