help recovering DNA chip
Hello, I'm brazilian! I was in Finland for a month and used the DNA chip as whatsapp. but I lost the chip, how do I get it back? please help me

if it is an anonymous (non-registered) Prepaid subscription, you cannot get a replacement SIM-card and the subscription and number is lost.
If it's a postpaid (invoiced) subscription or a registered Prepaid, you can contact our Customer Service on +35844 144 044 or palvelu@dna.fi, - please note however, that the replacement SIM-card can only be sent to an address within Finland.
