How to recharge expired validity of prepaid Sim card ?!?

I want to know as my sim card validity expired in March and I wanted to recharge it again ! How can I do that ?!? Thanks in advance ūüėÄ

    if You want to load more airtime to a Prepaid card, You can go to the address laturi.dna.fi. If You have a Smart Prepaid, the card itself is still active for 180 days (Super Prepaid 365 days) after the last time when You re-loaded airtime.

  • I have Super Prepaid card and reloaded it's airtime on 14/08/2014 last time. In card user manual I found the card be expired after six + 2 monthes but you are talking about 365 days.
    Is my card still active?

    The restrictions have changed a bit, but yes, your card should still be active. If you can still recharge it, it is still active (otherwise you would get the error message referenced above).

    If the number has already expired and been removed from the network, it is not possible to activate it any longer.

    If it has just expired and you are still able to receive calls, it might be possible to reactivate it by recharging it. You can check this either by trying to recharge it (if it is disabled, the topup service will not accept it) or by contacting our customer service at 044 144 044 or palvelu@dna.fi (mention the number in question).

    Please contact our customer care at 044 144 044 or palvelu@dna.fi so we can check if the prepaid has been deactivated. Deactivated prepaid subscriptions cannot be re-activated.

    if the life-cycle of your prepaid subscription has expired completely, there is no way to re-activate it or recharge it anymore.
    If only the air-time has expired, you can top it up at laturi.dna.fi, download the DNA Prepaid application or buy a voucher at the nearest R-kioski.
    You should have received text messages that have informed you about the situation with your prepaid card, as there's always send informative sms:s about when air-time is about to end and when a prepaid-subscription is about to expire completely.

    if your DNA prepaid subscription has expired completely,  it cannot be re-activated anymore. If this is the case, you need to buy a new  prepaid package and then you'll also get a new phone number as well.

    The balance of the prepaid line can be requested by sending the textmessage SALDO to number 14600 or by calling 0800 412582, but if you are not able to request the balance anymore your subscription has probably expired.

  • My subscription has expired but I don't know if the life-cycle has expired completely or not. When I tried to recharge via laturi.dna.fi, I got to the card payment point. If payment went through, does it mean the life-cycle has not expired and my sim gets reactivated? Secondly, I'm currently abroad and roaming the sim, will it get recharged/reactivated?

  • Hello! I just bought a new STC sim card yesterday, and still not active until this time. The expiration said 11/9/2017. Is this card expired or not? I just don't know if the number 11 there is the month or the day. If its the date of expiry, then it's been expired ages ago! What can I do to activate it? Or can I just replace it with a new one?     expiration 11/9/2017 probably means that it expired the 11th of September. If you still have got a receipt of your purchase, you could go back to the store and ask if it would be possible to switch it out to a newer one.

  • Hi Gel, if ¬†you want to check the balance and validity of your prepaid subcription, I can recommend you to download the DNA Prepaid application or check the situation at m.prepaid.dna.fi. It¬īs also possible to send the SMS SALDO to number 14600 or you can call the automatic prepaid service number (free of charge) +358800412582.

    Gurkirat Sidhu; you can double- check the validity of your balance as mentioned above. If there would be some further questions of if there¬īs still problems after that you can contact DNA Customer Care so that your prepaid subscription can be checked.

    if a prepaid subscription's life cycle has expired already, the prepaid card cannot unfortunately be activated anymore. If there would still be days left before expiration, you can recharge your subscription at laturi.dna.fi with finnish netbank codes or with a VISA or MASTER card issued in EU.

    if you have a active DNA Super Prepaid, it must be recharged at least every 12 months to stay valid. If it¬īs DNA Rajaton Prepaid , then it should be recharged at the latest 5 months from activation or 6 months from the last top up.
    If you haven¬īt activated the subscription at all yet, you can see the when the validity expires at the prepaid package.

    if the life cycle of your SIM card has expired completely, you cannot recharge it again and in that case you need to buy a new prepaid package.
    Balance cannot be transferred from one prepaid to another.

    if you have an indian Jio sim card, please contact Jio's customer care directly.

    If you have a DNA Rajaton Prepaid that you have never added balance to before, it will stop working 90 days from the original activation (you can still call the free-of-charge User Service and DNA Customer Services), and the contract will fully terminate 150 days from the activation. If you top up your account now, it will go back to normal. After this, the termination time will get extended and the prepaid won't fully terminate until 240 days from the last top up (and stop working 60 days prior).

    if the lifecycle of your prepaid subscription is only about to end, you can recharge the subscription. After the top up you can start using the line again and you can also continue using the old balance you had on the subscription.

    If the extension wouldn¬īt be valid anymore so that the prepaid would have expired completely, you cannot activate the prepaid again and you wouldn't be able to get your money back.

    your DNA voucher doesn't normally say it has expired. The vouchers can be used, available, unavailable, damaged etc.

    If you have purchased a new voucher, and you get some strange error code, please contact DNA Customer Care on 044 144 044 or by email at palvelu@dna.fi so they can check the voucher code and your DNA Prepaid number.

    you can with your prepaid subscription call the number +358800412582 and you can then find out when the balance will expire and how much balance you have.

    You can also get information about your subscription at the page m.prepaid.dna.fi or by sending the textmessage SALDO to number 14600.

    if the balance has expired you can recharge the prepaid subscription at laturi.dna.fi and your prepaid subscription will start working again. If the life-cycle of the prepaid has expired completely, you cannot activate the SIM card again.     you can try to check the balance and validity of your subscription at m.prepaid.dna.fi, check information in the DNA Prepaid application or send the message SALDO to number 14600. You can also call the number 0800 412 582, which is free of charge. If the life-cycle of your subscription hasn¬īt expired completely you will still be able to top it up with more balance. If the life-cycle has ended completely, you cannot recharge the subscription and you will not be able to activate the same prepaid phonenumber again.

    You may also call our Customer Care on 044 144 044 or send an email to palvelu@dna.fi.

    If your subscription hasn't expired completely you will still be able to top it up with more balance. If it has been completely deactivated, you cannot recharge the subscription and you will need to buy a new starter package (with a new phone number).

    if you mean that you have a DNA data prepaid card and that the balance has expired, then you can top it up at laturi.dna.fi. If the DNA data prepaid has expired completely and has been removed from the network, then you cannot top it up again, and you need to buy a new prepaid card from a R-kioski store.
