I bought 1 day internet package from DNA super prepaid application and that goes to the queue?

    We're sorry for getting back to you so late, we've had technical difficulties with this forum for the last few weeks.

    Hopefully you're no longer experiencing this issue but if you do, please contact DNA Customer Care via phone at 044 144 044 so that we can take a closer look at your subscription.

    In the first image you provided it says that the next internet package in the queue will be activated when you use mobile data - did you have another data package in use already at that time? When you have an active data package and purchase a new one, the new one will automatically wait in the queue for the first package to run out. If there was no data package and the purchased data package never activated even when mobile data was used, there might have been some issue with it. If you're still dealing with this problem, please give us a call!

  • I have the same issue, every time I purchase a data package it remains up to an hour in queue, which sometimes makes it completely useless...
  • Hi!

    Data packages get activated from the queue when data is used. The fastest way to make sure your device attempts a data transfer which activates the data package, is to either toggle airplane mode on and back off or restart your device.
