I can't top up on the Prepaid app

Every time I try to top up it says 'previous transaction not completed' or an error message. I have topped up before with it, and it was working fine for 2 months. Now it doesn't change if I choose online banking, credit card or mobile pay - none work. I re-installed the app too but it isn't working.

    if you get that fault message "previous transaction not completed", please wait 24 hours, see if the previous transaction went through ( the delay might be a few seconds up to 24 hours at the most) , and if not, try to top it up again. If 24 hours has passed and there is still no solution, please contact our DNA fault reporting in that case: 0800 300 500.
