I ordered my super prepaid online today and internet is not working yet on my phone but it’s showing online that it’s active online.. what do I do??


  • Do you mean you just bought a Super Prepaid starter package from the store, and the mobile data isn't working after you've inserted the SIM card in your device?

    Or do you mean you bought an add-on package to a existing, older subscription?

    In this case we recommend that you call our Customer service on tel. 044 144 044 so they can check your number and subscription. We are unable to handle private cases on this public forum.
