My prepay balance

I trying to make a call and it says I don't have any credit even though I have 5.12€ balance remaining?

    What type of number are you trying to call? If it's a service number, a foreign number or the number service, then the balance might not be enough to make the call. If it's just a normal number, then you should be able to make the call. If it's a normal number you're trying to call and aren't able to, please give DNA Customer Care a call at 044 144 044 or you can send us an email at so that we can take a closer look at your Prepaid subscription. Please do not give out any personal information such as your phone number here as this is a public forum.
