No acces 6 for stations I paid for in my mix 8
Hi, I cannot see some of the channels I paid for in my mix 8, cirkus works , as does Eurosport, but not bbc world and arte etc.. very weird ( and annoying)

You can check all the cables and connections and do a new channel search at first. For instance BBC world news can only be seen nowadays if you have a HD Ready device, so please make sure that you either have a Cable / Antenna HD Ready TV and a CI + card reader that is linked to your TV card in our system, or if your TV is not Cable / Antenna HD, then you need a HD Digibox, which needs to be linked to your TV card.
