    The message you are receiving would indicate that you're trying to top up your DNA Prepaid subscription using Saunalahti Prepaid top up system. The system recognizes that your phone number is not Saunalahti but DNA and won't let you top up. Have you tried topping up your DNA Prepaid subscription through DNA top up page ? You can switch the language at the top of the page.

    If you were unable to top up your DNA Prepaid through DNA Laturi (top up page for DNA Prepaid subscriptions), you need to call DNA fault reporting service on 0800 300 500 (open 24/7, free from all Finnish numbers) so that the issue can be looked into. Before you do that, please make sure that your DNA Prepaid subscription is still valid by calling DNA Prepaid user service on 0800 412 582.

    TRying to top up to finnish prepaid numbers with you & fuck it is difficuilt.
    You refuse my credit card payment and then all I get is
    "previous payment transaction not completed"
    and I can not move forward - So I am now STRANDED in a foriegn country with NO PHONE or DATA......
  • MUST be a SCAM Site.
    My Credit Card provider keeps telling me the transaction is successful, but the DNA.FI page keeps telling me it failed......

    Sorry to hear that you've had such trouble topping up! The top up page for DNA is so if you've been trying to top up there, it's real and not a scam site. You can top up balance with a voucher, payment card (must be issued in Europe) or via (Finnish) online banking. If you're trying to top up with a credit card issued outside of Europe, the top up will fail every time.

    You can visit any R-Kioski to top up your DNA Prepaid subscription and pay for the top up there with your credit card. You don't have to be stranded without phone or data, you just have to top up at R-Kioski instead of DNA Laturi. They ask for your DNA Prepaid subscription number and the amount you'd like to top up and do it for you.

    You can also buy a top up voucher and use the voucher on for the top up. Choose 'Top-up balance with a voucher' on the site and it will ask you to enter the codes on the voucher. Vouchers can be bought at R-Kioski, Tokmanni and shops K-market, K-Supermarket and K-Citymarket.

    You can also use the DNA Prepaid user service for topping up with a voucher, if DNA laturi is not available to you or if you prefer to do it this way. The number is +358800412582 and it's free to call from your DNA Prepaid. You can change the language for the service, check your balance, check the validity of your subscription, check your subscription number or top up.

    So as a visitor to Europe,I have no EU issued credit card.
    Am currently in Lithuania, so it’s a long way to travel back to R-Kioski to top up.
    So, I guess I am stranded without phone or data, relying on libraries & free MacDonald internet…
    In this day and age, with electronic banking, surely a credit card is a credit card, no matter where it is issues.
    Very, very short sighted of you!

    Could I suggest that adding a "PayPal" Portal may be the simplest solution to you problem.
    PayPal is widely available and very well supported.
