I am travelling to Nepal for 2 months and in the meantime i ll receive important calls from finland. Is it possible to get calls from finland? And will the caller knows that i am out of finland? Will he charge more than usual??

  • It is possible to receive calls from Finland, but they would cost you €1.677/min. If the caller has a Finnish (DNA) mobile phone subscription and is calling to your Finnish phone number, it will not cost them anything extra.

Using mobile internet in Nepal is quite costly at €11,172/MB and using it would quickly consume the €60 standard limit.

The most affordable solution would be to turn off mobile data (roaming), connect to a local WiFi-network and have the call via the internet if possible.
