  • If it hasn't worked at all, and you've bought the SIM-card in a R-Kioski, you can go back to the kiosk and get a new one.

    If it's not purchased from there, you need to register your prepaid number in your name and then have the SIM-card exchanged via customer service. Please contact DNA customer care on tel 044 144 044.
