Erittäin heikko signaali, ZTE M-286

I am extremely concerned about recent quality of the signal. The last 5-6 weeks are a nightmare when it comes to internet use. I own a ZTE MF286 router which is located (and always was) very close to the windows. So far there had not been any problems with the internet signal but since mid-October the signal strength varies from -105 to -112 dBm. There are moments when it goes up to -80 levels but it lasts just for a while and than goes back down. Those improvements happen usually after I turn off/on the router but I really doubt it may be the case as it is just 3 years old?
The signal strength influences the speed of the internet connection which often drops under 5 Mbps and sometimes even under 1 Mbps. I am connected via an ethernet cable and using 5 GHz bandwidth so this should not happen.
Due to the type of work I sometimes need to send/download much bigger files so the problem is extremely annoying. How can we check what causes the troubles?
I neither believe in the pandemic (and all the people spending their time on Netflix) as a reason. We had a hard lockdown in Finland for a few months since March and everything worked smoothly back than.

Kaikki niistä on ollut tehty aiemmin. Tuloksetta. Nythän minulla on taas -110 dBm ja 3,8 Mbps download ja en pysty tehdä melkein mitään.

Voimme myös auttaa asiakaspalvelussa p.044 144 044 mokkulan suuntauksen kanssa ja selvittää liittymän toimintaa verkosta käsin
@DNA IIro, kiitos vastaksestanne. 800 ja 1800 MHz taajuudet testattu, molemissa signaali oli hieman parempi, mutta nopeus on ollut edes huonompi kuin eilen.
Minkä jälkeen olen palanut "all" asetukseen ja netin nopeus lähti pilveihin - 65-75 Mbps tasoon. Nyt on 35-40 tasolla, mutta päällä on 5 laitetta, eli tuo on hyvä tulos. Katsotaan huomenna...
@Tuomas, kiitos vastauksestasi. Onhan aika lyhyt aika. Onko mahdollista tarkistaa millä kunnolla router on? En ole mikään netin eksperti. Tiedän, että esim. kovalevyt voit tarkistaa.
