SIM card not working in phone

My prepaid DNA SIM card does not work in my phone, it says "searching" for signal and I can not turn on Mobile data or receive calls. I have reset the phone and network settings but still no luck. I would like to go into the shop to ask, but I can not call to make an appointment. Could you help or how can I make an appointment online?

  • Yes I have had the SIM card for 3 years now, and it has worked normally. In the past month it has been losing signal and not connecting to a carrier.
  • Can you try to use the sim card in another phone and see if the problem continues? In that way you could find out if the sim card is broken. If the prepaid is registered you can order a new sim card to it from our customer service 044 144 044 (mon-fri 8-18, sat 9-16.30).  If the subscription is not registered to you yet you can do it at DNA Kauppa.
