4G internet is super slow

Hi, I've become so disappointed at your service recently. I have been advised by a guy via phone to upgrade my 3G package to 4G package which I have to pay 25€/month on my mobile phone bill and it doesn't work at all. 4g is even slower than 3g i used to have before. I can't open even a website without waiting for ages. I live in the central city of Vaasa so i dont understand how come it is so bad.

    I recommend you to contact DNA customer care +358 44 144 044 in this matter. It would be good to check the 3G/4G settings in your telephone and based on your exact homeaddress, the basestations nearby and the coverage could be checked.
